Executive Assistant

Cookson Hills is seeking a part-time “Executive Assistant.” This is an administrative role for a highly organized, efficient, Christian individual who loves interacting with people. The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director by looking out for the best interest of Cookson Hills, ministry staff, and the children in our care. The ideal candidate must be willing to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit a willing and flexible attitude to tackle new projects and initiatives. The Executive Assistant works with many other staff members, so a team spirit is crucial for success. Depending on the skills and experience of the individual, this role may be combined with other employment responsibilities to create a full-time employment position.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and one to two years ministry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • At least 21 years old
  • College Degree + 1 year Non-profit or ministry experience, or Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Baptized believer
  • Active participant in a New Testament church
  • Relatively debt free
