SECC | Marriage Retreat

September 12-16, 2021

WELCOME
Thank you for choosing to join our ministry as a part of a Short-Term Mission Trip. We are excited that your team will be on campus and grateful for your assistance. Our short-term volunteers make a huge difference in what we can accomplish during the year and assist us in providing quality facilities for the students and families we serve.

ON-CAMPUS VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
All volunteers desiring to be on campus must complete the online On-campus Volunteer Application. CLICK HERE

HEALTH SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE

When you arrive on-campus, all volunteers must be able to pass our Health Screening Questionnaire. Please know, that you will be asked three health questions when you arrive on campus. If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, you will be asked to leave campus immediately. The questions are as follows:

  • Have you traveled out of the country within the last 14 days?
  • Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
  • Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing)?

HOUSING
Your team will be housed in our cabins. The Retreat Center has been reserved for you as a place to fix breakfast and hang out. Please plan to bring all of your food and drink requirements with you.

Due to security and privacy policies, mission team members are not allowed to post or take photos of placed students.

Please adhere to our Cookson Hills dress code while on campus. Always be sure to dress safely for the project you are working on!
    •
Clothing shall reveal no belly, no back, no cleavage, no crack.
    •
Undergarments are required but they may not be seen.
    • Shorts should be at least fingertip length when standing.
    • Modest tank tops are just fine!  No spaghetti straps though, please.
