Lauren Hard
Impact Coordinator

It is my joy to facilitate an environment that invites and includes all who enter so that they can be open to accept the love that God has for them.

Lauren was born while her parents were on staff at Cookson Hills. She lived on campus and went to school at Cookson Hills Christian School until she was 13. For Lauren, Cookson Hills has always been home. Lauren began serving at Cookson Hills in 2017 as a Custodial Technician and soon added on the teaching role in Yearbook and Study Hall. Her role changed in 2020 when she joined the STG (Story Telling Group) department as the Impact Coordinator. She loves how her job is different every day and that she can utilize her passion for gratitude and creativity to make sure that people know the impact they are making in the lives of the kids in our care. Lauren has a Bachelor of Science in Leisure Studies-Service Management from Oklahoma State University. Lauren is a hard-working, Wonder Woman, always on-the-go momma to Lily, David, and Rose. When Lauren isn’t on the clock, she’s probably making memories with her kids, mountain biking, hiking, running, camping, visiting farmer’s markets, reading, playing her guitar, watching movies, or visiting antique shops or renaissance festivals. When she’s feeling extra creative, she makes guitar string baskets.
